Laura Marling
Bio
Laura Marling is a folk singer-songwriter from Hampshire, England, who has been performing since 2006. Her debut album Alas, I Cannot Swim was well received which earned her a 2008 Mercury Prize nomination. She recently released her second record I Speak Because I Can which was produced by Ethan Johns (Kings of Leon, Ryan Adams). She toured India in December 2009 with Mumford & Sons as part of the British Council Soundpad tour.
