Bio
Junkyard Groove is an alternative rock band from Chennai. Formed in 2005, the band has been a permanent features of the modern Indian rock scene for much of the last decade. The band has independently released an EP Nicer In A Minute and their debut album 11:11 [Bootleg] (released in 2009). The band has supported Megadeth and Mr Big on their respective India tours. The band has been through several personnel changes over the years. In April 2011, original members Jerry John, Craig Maxworth and Siddharth Srinivasan quit en masse, and were promptly replaced by Shashank Vijay, Sajith Satya and Naveen Thomas Joseph. The band is currently working on their second album.
