Tell us about ‘FOPS’.
The song came about in a hotel room in Lucknow with a jam between the band members, with all of them being adequately intoxicated. The rest of the song was finished later in the jam room with everyone trying to create as many musical tangents to the music as they could, the song is a tribute to Abhinav Chaudhary (bass), whose party we believe is going to be the next big thing after the big bang, hence the lyric “you sailed the world, climbed mountains, just to find the way, to my party”. Full on party scene y’all. What’s more to explain, put some shiny disco balls on and whip out your coolest multi colored shades, and watch the figures as they dance in a shade of sepia. We’re here for the party bitches!
