The compilation was launched in New Delhi recently with a gig at Cafe Morrison featuring Emperor Minge, The Ska Vengers and Lazy River. A similar (free) launch gig in Mumbai is at Bonobo, Bandra featuring Dischordian, The Pulp Society, Bombay Bassment, Alex Rintu and a DJ set by Func (of Shaa’ir + Func).

Anup: ‘Keep’ was written about a year ago. It was written by our vocalist Sarabjit. It’s very personal to him and is about how he was dealing with a particular time in his life and coping with things then. He had the lyrics of the song and a basic refrain ready when he brought it to the table and we developed it to what it is now.

Keegan: The chorus of the song is “A pin, a pin is all you need to stick it in.” ‘A pin’ is actually a code/anagram for this girl I knew in college. The song is about that and how it affected my life in college. I had a blueprint of the song in my mind for about six months before I brought it to the band and we then finished the song.
