Above & Beyond Group Therapy India Tour tickets on sale
We announced last week that UK-based trance music trio Above & Beyond (pictured) were to come to India this November for a three-city Above & Beyond Group Therapy tour. Group Therapy is Above & Beyond’s new weekly radio show, a two-hour mix wherein each member of Above & Beyond provides a 30-minute mix and the final 30 minutes are left open for a guest producer. The tour travels to Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai on November 22, 23 and 24 respectively, and tickets for each city are now available here. While venues for the shows have not yet been announced, the tickets are priced at Rs 2,090 (regular) and Rs 4,950 (VIP) in Bangalore, Rs 2,300 (regular) and Rs 5,175 (VIP) in Delhi and Rs 2,375 (regular) and Rs 5,625 (VIP) in Mumbai.

Djinn & Miskatonic release album
Bangalore doom metal act Djinn & Miskatonic have put out their debut full-length release, Forever In The Realm. The five track album has been released via Transcending Obscurity India and is now up for sale on the label’s Bandcamp page. You can stream the album below, and catch Djinn & Miskatonic in Mumbai at Metal At The Tavern on September 8 at Hotel United 21, Thane, alongside Mumbai metal acts Albatross and Demonic Resurrection, black metal group Solar Deity (who recently released an EPAtmosfear, Pune band Halahkuh (read more about the Pune metal scene here) and Hellwind. Entombed Metal Fest IV announced
After three editions in Pune, Entombed Metal Fest is moving to Mumbai for its fourth edition, which is set to take place on September 28 at Crazzy Blue at Vashi’s Raghuleela Mall. On the lineup are Dhaka black metal act Abominable Carnivore, who’ll be playing their debut gig in India, Shillong death metallers Plague Throat, Mumbai band Gutslit, Guwahati metal act Insane Prophecy, Delhi death metal band Fragarak, Bangalore grindcore act Grossty and Mumbai doom metal act Dormant Inferno. The gig kicks off at 5.00pm and entry is Rs 500.
