This week on Five at 5 will feature artists that have played and are scheduled to play the tenth edition of the BASS CAMP festival. To kick off things this Monday, we’ve got drum ‘n’ bass producer OX7GEN, who recently released his second EP, An Ocean For Everyone, that you can stream here and download for free here. Tune in. It’s just getting started.

1. Bonobo – ‘Transits’
The North Borders is easily my favorite album of 2013 (so far). The whole album is pure groove and ‘Transits’ is probably the grooviest of them all, but subtle and delicate at the same time.

2. Carbon Based Lifeforms – ‘Tensor’
CBL are the masters of ambient in my books, and the bassline on this track does it for me every single time. Favorite track from my favorite CBL album Hydroponic Garden.

3. Tame Impala – ‘Apocalypse Dreams’
Tame Impala’s Lonerism has been on loop on my ipod from the day it came out, and this track has found its way to most of my playlists. It perfectly captures the sound of the band and has beautifully unique ideas throughout.

4. ShockOne – ‘Light Cycles’
ShockOne’s latest release Universus is a pretty straight up, jump up, drum & bass album, but the production is incredibly crisp and the energy is massive. There are a couple of favorites from this album but ‘Light Cycles’ is the winner.

5. Tycho – ‘Melanine’
Tycho is the best thing that has happened to me in a long time. And ‘Melanine’ is a track that has managed to combine my love for great ambient, haunting acoustic guitar lines and dreamy electric pianos. This one is pure bliss beginnig to end.

BASS CAMP will take place in Mumbai on Friday, June 7, in Delhi on Saturday, June 8, and in Pune on Sunday, June 9. Check out a full lineup here and stay tuned for updates from BASS CAMP on their official Facebook page
