Puma Loves Vinyl Goes to Delhi

Vinyl fans in New Delhi will get to see a quality gig featuring five acts at Zorba on March 9, and the chance to win the Puma Loves Vinyl compilation LP.

Vinyl fever is in the air again with the announcement of a second edition of Puma Loves Vinyl, which will be held in Delhi. On 23 June, 2012, Puma got together with seven indie musicians to put out a special 12″ vinyl compilation at a special gig which was held at Mehboob Studio in Mumbai. The Puma Loves Vinyl limited edition compilation is comprised of tracks by Karsh KaleGaurav Raina (of Midival Punditz), Tough On TobaccoAnkur and The Ghalat FamilyThe SupersonicsDualist Inquiry and the Reggae Rajahs. This time around, music fans in Delhi can look forward to their own edition of Puma Loves Vinyl which will take place at Zorba on March 9.


Before the main event, two “pre-echo sessions” will take place to get people in the mood for vinyl. The Reggae Rajahs will play TLR Cafe on March 6 and DJ Leon Russell will play at Verve on March 7. On March 9, five acts will take stage and they include Ankur and The Ghalat Family, Dualist Inquiry, The Supersonics, The Vinyl Records and The Lightyears Explode. Record players and Puma Loves Vinyl LPs will be given away at both the pre-echo sessions and at the Puma Loves Vinyl event as well. Entry for the event is free.
