The Delhi reggae soundsystem will celebrate their four-year anniversary with a four-city tour, and we’re giving you the chance to win a special-edition Reggae Rajahs t-shirt.
Everyone’s favourite reggae soundsystem, the Reggae Rajahs, turn four this February, and they’re planning to celebrate their birthday with a nationwide tour. Spanning four cities within a week, the Rajahs will be hosting some special guests at their shows as well.
Polish DJ, producer, and vocalist Kasia Malenda will be touring with the Rajahs. Kasia is part of three different DJ collectives, including SmokeDaCrackOff ControllSistema. She has played at festivals like Reggaeland, Reggae On The Warta River, and Ostroda. Listen to her track ‘Goa’ below.
Dreadsquad is a producer/DJ duo from Poland, formed in 2001. DJs MMF’a and Funksion’a have performed all over the world including Lithuania, Germany, and Slovakia. They have six records out (four mixtapes and two full-length albums), the latest being The Riddim Machine from 2012. Check out their 2011 collaboration with Kasia Malenda below.
Other artists joining the Rajahs at their Delhi performance are British reggae DJ Anarkali, and San Francisco producer Kush Arora. Check out the tour dates and venues below.
