Hard Rock Calling will take place at the iconic Hyde Park in London from July 13 to 15. The festival is organized by Hard Rock Cafe, which holds a battle of the bands-style competition called Hard Rock Rising across its many venues around the world. The winners will get flown to London to play Hard Rock Calling which is going to be headlined by Bruce Springsteen and the E Street band this year. Last year, folk fusion band Swarathma and hip hop group Bombay Bassment made it to the regional qualifiers but did not proceed any further.

The format this year is similar to last year’s competition. You can view all the rules, regulations and requirements of the competition here. You also have to select which city you wish to participate in and then choose between Mumbai, Bangalore, New Delhi, Hyderabad and Pune. The last date for entries is January 17.
