Dear Captain Awesome,
I’m so desperately in need of your help!
I need a mixtape for a boy (well, a man really… he’s 26) who listens to the likes of CKY (Camp Kill Yourself), GNR (Guns N’ Roses), ’90s rock and metal. Christmas is coming up, and I bought him what he wanted (a PS3 of all things), but I wanted to give him something personal as well. I’ve tried several times, but have no idea where to even start. Your help would save my attempt at providing him a corny gesture of love this holiday season :)

Christmas is awesome isn’t it? It’s the perfect time for expressing your love to people by giving them a thoughtful mixtape filled with angry people who dress funny. Captain Awesome approves.
I always make myself the perfect Christmas playlist for this time of the year. It’s filled with fantastic Christmas songs from rock to dubstep to metal to jazz. It’s basically concentrated awesome in aural form, for the holiday season. In fact, my Christmas mixtape is on repeat for all of December in the elven workshops because Santa thinks it’s that awesome. Also, we’re totally best buds, so he’s a little biased.
