Here at NH7, we love cheesy titles for music-based properties (ref MTV Presents Kurkure Desi Beats Rock On Bring It On or MTS Red Energy Presents MTV Independence Rock XXVI). With a couple of days to go before the Airtel Delhi Half Marathon (pimped as “Delhi’s most phenomenal annual sporting event”) kicks off, the telecom giants have decided to host a series of “rock shows” featuring “8 electrifying bands”.
The finalists of this event, selected from a total of 27 bands in all, will perform at “hot spots” across the event. These finalists were adjudged by Gavin Pacheco (of Faridkot) and Chintan Kalra (ex-Parikrama). Check out the lineup of bands who are slated to play on November 27, at given venues across the course of the marathon.
