The final day at India’s happiest music festival saw every stage active, including the Bacardi Together Stage which hosted the finale performance. Thousands of music fans from around the country packed Laxmi Lawns near Magarpatta City for live sets by acts across genres – rock, metal, electronica, dubstep, folk, fusion and, um, chaos.
The Bacardi Black Rock Arena saw a classic metal lineup of top Indian metal acts including the big three – Bhayanak Maut, Scribe and Demonic Resurrection (full report here). Shaa’ir + Func closed the final day at the Eristoff Wolves Den, which also saw sets by DJ Jayant, Riz MC and Nihal (pictures and reports here). The laid-back The Dewarists Stage was packed with fans of bands like Indian Ocean and Swarathma, who, despite sound problems, delivered exciting performances (read more here). The Pepsi Dub Station saw some of the best performances of the day including sets by Humble The Poet, an epic soundclash and of course, a set by Zero (details here). The finale performance of the festival was on the Bacardi Together Stage (with it’s giant wheel of projections) which saw collaborative performances by several of the artists who’d played individual sets of their own at the festival (pictures and a report here).
