Following the split of their hometown colleagues Five Little Indians, Kolkata college circuit regulars gravy theory announced their breakup in a hasty wall post on their Facebook group. Having deftly built a reasonable following through their high-energy shows, they were all but absent for the best part of 2011.
Much to the dismay of fans, the post came on Saturday, and said,
This is the end beautiful friend. We had a great 3 odd years with you and would have loved to have a few more. But, it seems that is not to be at the moment. We were in a roller-coaster ride with you and loved every minute of it. But i guess we want some ice-cream now. I hope our love affair lasts forever.
