The second edition of Sidestand’s Control ALT Delete series of gigs takes place at B69, Mumbai on Saturday, Apr 23. This edition sees seven bands on the bill including alt rockers Split, punk acts The Lightyears Explode, The Riot Peddlers and Forcefield, newbies Artificial Red and Clear Blue Sky, and lyrical pop act Sridhar/Thayil.
Sridhar/Thayil (pictured) haven’t played a gig in the city this year, and their lineup features new Shaa’ir + Func drummer PravyPrav. Punk trio The Lightyears Explode recently released their debut EP as a free download on NH7 – download here. The gig promises to be an interesting affair, and B69 is one of our favourite new venues so we highly recommend you turn up for the pay-what-you-want event tomorrow evening (gig starts 6pm).
