Harley Rock Riders Season II Announced

The second edition of the tour kicks off in May, and will span four cities and five months. Check inside for details, including lineups and a full schedule of events.

Harley-Davidson India is back with its series of Rock Riders gigs. Similar to last year’s tour, the events will be spaced across a number of months and culminate in a finale gig in New Delhi. The lineup in each city features New Delhi grunge band Half Step Down along with either Mumbai alt rock act Split or Bangalore rockers Thermal And A Quarter. The finale, which will be held at the Talkatora Indoor Stadium in New Delhi on October 1, will feature local rock veterans Parikrama (pictured) and alt rock up-and-comers The Circus.

May 5 – Split + Half Step Down – Blue Frog, Mumbai
June 9 – Thermal And A Quarter + Half Step Down – F Bar, New Delhi
July 7 – Thermal And A Quarter + Half Step Down – Kyra, Bangalore
August 12 – Split + Half Step Down – Bottles And Chimney, Hyderabad

October 1 – Parikrama + Split + The Circus + Half Step Down – Talkatora Indoor Stadium, New Delhi

The 2010 Harley Rock Riders tour ended last December at the Hamsadhwani Open Air Theatre, and featured Indigo Children, menwhopause, Split and Indus Creed. Check out photos from that gig here.
