British beatboxer Shlomo kickstarted a mini-tour of the country at Hard Rock Cafe, Mumbai. The gig saw the lanky, slightly-awkward 25-year old (who’s performed with the likes of Bjork and Damon Albarn) play a short set of his own material followed by a few poorly rehearsed collaborations with Sidd Coutto (of Tough On Tobacco), morchang player Raeis Khan and percussionist Vivek Rajagopalan. We were there.
