If Indiecision was around in the 1960s, we’re sure Biddu would have frequently featured in our pages. He was, after all, one of the biggest Indian rock acts of the time, first as part of The Trojans (one of the country’s beat groups that covered songs by The Beatles and The Dave Clark Five) and then as the solo act, The Lone Trojan (whose morning jam sessions at Churchgate venue Venice are the stuff of Indi-rock legend).
