American boy band Backstreet Boys will headline Rock In India 2010, a reliable source from the capital informed us. The annual festival which previously saw bands like Iron Maiden (2009) and Megadeth (2008) headline in Bangalore will, this February, see the (now) four crooners from Orlando perform. Industry rumours also tell us that joining the quartet for next month’s festival will be ageing pop singer Richard Marx.

DNA Entertainment Networks, the company that organises the annual event, has undoubtably pulled off the Indian gig mela of this new decade, in just its second month. Rock In India takes place on Feb 20-21. A recent announcement on the official website stated
