Marcus MumfordThe Soundpad tour hit the Bandra Fort amphitheatre on Saturday evening. Laura Marling and Mumford & Sons played one of the best gigs we’ve attended in ’09. If you were in Mumbai and missed it *gasp*, fear not, we’ve got video!

‘Sigh No More’ is the title track of Mumford & Sons’ stellar debut album. One of the highlights of the record, the song features the Mumfords particularly engaging brand of new Brit folk. The band kicked off their set with this, the album opener. Driven by frontman Marcus Mumford’s (disarming demeanor) nasal croon and the quartet’s vocal harmonies, ‘Sigh No More’ instantly strikes an intimate chord, setting the stage for the band’s country-ish folksy goodness.
