Them ClonesNew Delhi alternative act Them Clones have finally released their debut album Love. Hate. Heroes. Once described by the Groovebox as the Chinese Democracy of Indian rock, the album is a joint release by Counter Culture Records and EMI and is the band’s first full length studio release since the Clones came together in 2000. When the band released the first single ‘My Life’ (listen on the Indiecision music player) as a free download earlier this year, they asked fans to vote for tracks that would make it to the final album. From 17 tracks, 11 were chosen based on the votes. The CD release comes with a blank disc that listeners can use to make a copy (“clone”) for their friends. It also comes with a “cloning code” which can be entered into the band’s official website for three additional free downloads.

The band is also playing a few dates supporting the album release, including a stop at Rocktoberfest. Dates

Oct 20 – Hard Rock Cafe, Mumbai
Oct 29 – Hard Rock Cafe, Hyderabad
Oct 31 – Rocktoberfest, New Delhi

The second single from the album is ‘The Bomb Song’, which recently got the video treatment. We’ll post it as soon as it’s online, stay tuned.

Here’s the album cover for Love. Hate. Heroes; art you’ll either love. Or hate.
