Watch: ‘JP Rebellion (live at Blue Frog)’ – The Circus

Delhi alternative act The Circus were one of the finalists for Channel V’s reality show Launchpad. They were eliminated at the last elimination gig held at the Blue Frog with Cassini’s Division, Reverrse Polarity and favourites Faridkot being the final three bands for the remainder of the competition.

‘JP Rebellion’ was the highlight of Day 2 of the Launchpad elims. The song starts off with this videogame-ey intro, like a distraction and then launches into quintessential alt-rock a la Incubus. Watch out for the elastic bassy working his magic from 1:12.
