Ever since the release of It’s OK, It’s All Good Vishal Dadlani and Co have been basically performing the same material live over and over. So, while the live act is fun, if you’ve watched them about three times in one year, you know pretty much what to expect.
In an interview with Hindustan Times, the Pentagram frontman revealed plans for a new album
We just started working on it last week, man. Itâ??ll be there in the summer. This time, we return to our original way of composing.. four of us in a room and insane jams!
Indian rock deadlines are always better consumed with a pinch of salt, over three to four years. I remember interviewing the band in 2004, two years after the release of Up. At that time a March 2005 release of what turned out to be It’s OK, It’s All Good was promised. The album eventually found its way to shelves in 2007.
This time ’round, we’re keeping our fingers crossed and our stopwatches off.
Dadlani is also the sole permanent judge of the third instalment of Channel V’s reality show Launchpad.
