Black Lips India Tour Dates Announced

Remember when Indiecision told you that Black Lips may tour India and you were like, “OMFG that’s so indie I just wet myself!” Well now finally we have dates! The band is set to perform is at least five cities, and if the peeps at OML have their way, a few more.

16 Jan – Festival of New Noise – Mumbai
17 Jan – Campus Rock Idols – Pune
23 Jan – Campus Rock Idols – Chennai
24 Jan – The Park – Kolkata
25 Jan – Campus Rock Idols – Bangalore

Does a Black Lips India tour mean that you should start saving money to watch the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Deerhunter and The Decemberists in your city? Probably not. But the more mainstream indie bands that hit the subcontinent, the better.
