Infected Mushroom

Last week had bumper-Diwali-special-sale-full-page-Mumbai-Mirror-ad type gigs and that was great, because these gigs are fun and outdoors and you see different people react to different music and you wonder what it would be like if Gallows tore the fucking place apart or Peaches has a rave and Bollywood celebrities were like “Yeah! Dude! We luh-vhe rawk music!”. That would be pretty special.

This week’s gig picks are indoors.

Head to Hard Rock Cafe on Thursday (Nov 06) night for a tribute to The Beatles. The gig celebrates the 40th anniversary of the White Album. It will feature musicians from bands like Junkyard Groove, Panatella and MolotovCocktail, and will be hosted by Luke Kenny.

On Friday (Nov 07) night, Israeli dance act Infected Mushroom hit the JW Marriott Hotel, Juhu to conclude their India tour. The gig was earlier scheduled to be held at the NSE Complex, and also the Taj Land’s End, before being rescheduled at the Marriott.
