Sanjay Divecha To Release Full Circle This Month

Guitar guru Sanjay Divecha will be releasing his full length studio recording Full Circle on the 24th of this month. Divecha is a veteran of the music scene but has largely been out of the spotlight (predominantly focused on Gary Lawyer and the like).

Divecha is signed to Blue Frog Records and according to their press release

Sanjay has spent the last 2 years exploring the sounds and languages of his heritage, and recording his new album “FULL CIRCLE”. Accompanying him on the album are the creme de la creme of musicians from his home town Mumbai including Kailash Kher, Kunal Ganjawalla, Ranjit Barot, Karl Peters and Vivek Rajagopalan among others

Somehow the Blue Frog lineup doesn’t really excite, save for Shaa’ir + Func. Ashutosh Phatak’s music is overthought and Smoke fail to impress on record. Hopefully, Full Circle can save some blushes.

The album will be released with a gig at the Blue Frog on the 24th.
